Climate Week NYC is one of the largest global gatherings of the energy and climate community. This year, the Climate Project at MIT will be part of a number of MIT offices and initiatives joining in the event. We will update this page over the summer as plans take shape.
MIT Innovation Showcase
On Wednesday, September 24, the MIT Climate Project will host the MIT Innovation Showcase: an interactive event spotlighting cutting-edge research from MIT laboratories and newly launched startups and spinouts. From novel carbon removal and advanced energy storage to low-carbon mineral extraction and climate simulation tools, the showcase highlights MIT’s cross-disciplinary approach to solving urgent global challenges.
The event — which will be held from 3:00-6:00 PM at the Dream Downtown Hotel in Chelsea — is designed as a walk-through experience where guests can engage with researchers and entrepreneurs, explore live demonstrations, and discover solutions shaping a sustainable future.
Whether you're an investor, policymaker, academic, or corporate leader, the Showcase offers an inside look at the transformative innovations emerging from MIT.
Please note: Space is limited and registration is required.
